Ever mindful of our customers' needs, we operate an entirely transparent system and work on agreed call-out rates, or bespoke charges for those customers who require a unique service. Hourly rates are charged by the quarter, and we can arrange either bulk invoices or pay-as-you-go, whichever is preferred.

In addition, we'll tailor our billing to suit your preferences: either your own web portal, electronically or traditional post.

We’re an accredited member of SafeContractor, a specialist health and safety agency, which audits our business every year, ensuring we comply with the highest professional standards.
